Breaking news at our news desk indicates that the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo has suspended Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Sekondi-Takoradi, Adbul Mumin Issah.
Mr. Adbul Mumin Issah was reportedly suspended by the President for allegedly assaulting a police officer yesterday, 3rd February 2022.
The MCE, who was driving a Toyota Land-cruiser with registration number GE 5615-20 is alleged to have driven dangerously and carelessly while approaching a police snap checkpoint at the Kwasimintsim Cemetery on Wednesday, 2nd February 2022.
Audio that captures the exact moment the said Sekondi-Takoradi MCE verbally assaulted the police officer has since surfaced.
