A piece of policing story available to OccupyGh.com indicates that the Ghana Police has arrested five armed robbers at Afiadenyigba in the Volta Region of Ghana.
The operation according to the details gathered was a joint team operation by the police officers and the people of the town.
The armed robbers reportedly attacked a shop and shot into a vehicle. No casualty was however recorded.
The Ghana Police unit on Twitter shared the details:
“Five armed robbers were arrested yesterday at about 11.30 pm at Afiadenyigba in the Volta Region by a joint team of police officers and people of the town.”
