Nii Armah Amartefio, PRO of embattled gold firm Menzgold has disclosed that the management of the firm as at yet have not had any official meeting following the release of their CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah.
The relationship officer of the firm who daringly took office as a PRO following the exit of George Quaye has assured that Menzgold is ‘committed to pay all customers‘ their principal.
This assertion he said is due to a press released the embattled company made last year before the imminent break.
Speaking on a live interview on 3FM with Nana Akua Mensah, Nii Armah commended customers for their confidence in the company. He said; “We can’t take away confidence from customers.”
Further, Nii said that he believe his boss, Nana Appiah Mensah is currently taking rest after a long battle of court actions, both here in Ghana and Dubai.
NAM1 who returned to Accra on Thursday July 11, 2019 after months of detention in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates was in the Accra High Court for allegedly defrauding 16,000 customers of more than GH¢1.68 billon between January 2017 and September 2018.
Nana Appiah Mensah was yesterday released on a GH¢1 Billion bail term in connection to the reported fraud case.
