PRO of Menzgold, Nii Armah Amartefio has asserted in a live interview on 3FM observed by OccupyGh.com that management is committed to pay customers their principals with the embattled gold dealership firm.
“We can’t take away confidence from the customers”, Nii Armah Amartefio who was speaking on 3FM commended customers of the Gold firm for their confidence in the company from day one.
“Will you be able to pay all customers?” He was questioned in a call-in interview session on 3FM News team with Nana Akua Mensah.
Nii Armah responded; “We have made a commitment to pay our customers, per our press release from previous months, pay all installment from a payment plan…
We haven’t said that we won’t pay our customers, people have doubted but we are making sure we will pay all customers.”
The ability of Menzgold to pay ‘all customers’ has been a matter of discussion since the firm was asked to stopped operation by the Security and Exchange Commission.
CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah was arrested and detained on 11th July when he landed in the country after a long court battle in Dubai in connection to a fraud case which he was vindicated.
NAM1 was released yesterday on a GH¢1 Billion bail term in connection to a reported fraud case which was also lodge in Ghana.
