NAM1 Released: Menzgold Ghana has officially released a press statement to confirm assertions of it’s CEO, Nana Appian Mensah aka NAM1’s ‘acquittal & discharge’ by a Dubai appeal court.
The letter that was chanced on by OccupyGh.com was addressed to Menzgold Staff Members, Customers and the General Public and it is dated on 4th July, 2019.
It reads;
MenzGold Ghana’s Chief Executive Officer; Nana Appiah Mensah’s Acquittal & Discharge HAVE Been Upheld By The Dubai Appeal Court
Staff Members, Customers and the General Public should note that the Appeal processes initiated by Horizon Diamonds Royal DMCC against the Chief Executive Officer of our company; Nana Appiah Mensah, following his acquittal and discharge in the Dubai Court of first instance has been fully trialed and completed.
Amongst others, the Dubai Superior (Appeal) Court upheld the acquittal and discharge verdict by the first instance court, consequently dismissing both the criminal and civil frivolous claims made by the appellant before them against our Chief Executive Officer.
We hereby congratulate our Chief Executive Officer, loyal staff, cherished customers, Our Emirati and Ghana legal teams and the Ghanaian general public for keeping faith in us.
