A devastating incident occurred at the Atomic Police Barracks in Kwabenya on Monday, May 6th, when General Lance Corporal Francis Adusei allegedly took his own life by shooting himself.
The officer was rushed to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for medical assistance but sadly passed away the following day.
The circumstances surrounding his decision to end his life remain unclear, leaving his colleagues and family in shock and grief.
The police have deposited his body at the Police mortuary as investigations continue.
