A Supreme Court judge examining Dr. Michael Kpessa Whyte has accused him of not taking his training seriously during the 2020 General Elections.
This comes after Dr. Kpessa Whyte said the Electoral Commision Chairperson, Madame Jean Mensa instructed them to leave the Strong Room.
“Will it be right for me to say that by taking contrary instructions from the Chairperson of the first respondent, granted what you’re saying is true, you did not help the course of the petitioner who sent you there?”
“Seriously speaking, you did not take your training seriously” – Supreme Court judge to Dr. Kpessa Whyte.
“You did not help the cause of the petitioner who sent you there”, the judge said earlier.
