At Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Lambert Frimpong, a second-year student (level 200), perished tragically after a quarrel over a T-shirt resulted in a friend’s deadly stabbing.
This terrible tragedy happened in Kronum-Kwapra, which is part of Ghana’s Ashanti Region’s Suame Municipality.
The theft of the T-Shirt in question was allegedly committed by the 24-year-old victim. Tensions between him and his friend grew despite his repeated denials, ultimately leading to the brutal stabbing.
The victim was taken urgently to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital after the incident. Unfortunately, despite treatment, he was declared dead since it was impossible to save his life.
Investigation into the situation has already been started by law enforcement. In an effort to swiftly bring justice to this unfortunate tragedy, the police are actively attempting to locate and detain the offender.
