Sad Video Of How Residents Of Ablekuma Tried To Save Police Officer After Shot By Armed Robbers Surfaces

A Ghana Police officer was on Thursday, June 22, 2023, shot and killed by armed robbers at Ablekuma in an armed robbery attack on a bullion van.

A CCTV video that had surfaced captured the crime – it showed the moment the armed robbers attacked the officers while on a motorbike and how they escape with the booty.

Netizens have since called for the arrest of these armed robbers, with many pulling their support behind the Ghana Police Service to do their work.

Away from that, a video that captures the exact moment residents of Ablekuma tried to save the wounded police officer after he was shot by the armed robbers has just surfaced online.

More videos are emerging from the crime scene and one of the videos showed how some brave residents of Ablekuma attempted to save the victim who has been identified as Amoah.

In all attempts to save him, the officer was confirmed dead by a police statement shared on the official socials.
