On Thursday, May 2, 2024, when two off-duty police officers were fatally shot outside their private residence in Block Factory, East Trassacco, Accra.
The Ghana Police Service has launched a manhunt for two gunmen who carried out the senseless attack at approximately 6:00 pm.
The suspects, who fled the scene on a motorbike, did not take any valuables from the victims.
An intelligence-led operation is currently underway to apprehend the suspects and bring them to justice.
The police are working tirelessly to ensure that the perpetrators are caught and held accountable for their heinous crimes.
